1. Who we are

PixoKing is a trading name of TOP TIER SRL, Via G. D'Annunzio 7/B, 20032 Cormano (MI), Italy – VAT IT12649680969. Contact: info@pixoking.com.

2. Products

We sell used cameras and lenses. Each item is unique, graded from A+ to C and shown in real photos of the exact item. Anything worth knowing, including minor defects, is stated in the listing.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euros and are final. Items are sold under the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods: VAT is not shown separately and cannot be deducted. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

4. Orders and payment

The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship tracked to the countries listed at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do so, first email us at info@pixoking.com: we will reply with all the instructions and the address to send the item back to. Please do not ship anything before receiving our reply.

Return the item within 14 days of your notice, in the same condition as delivered and with all included accessories. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the item back.

7. 1-year warranty

Every item comes with a 1-year warranty, the legal guarantee period for used goods. The warranty is issued to the original buyer named on the invoice and is not transferable.

Covered: faults that occur under normal use and storage.
Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, disassembly of any part, consumables (such as batteries), defects stated in the listing.

For a valid claim we first try to repair the item. If that is not possible, we offer a replacement if available, otherwise a refund or price reduction. The original invoice is required.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixoKing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the purchased item, including loss of images or data, loss of earnings or missed work. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
